About These Promotional Terms

Crestovar LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) sells men’s shoes online through crestovar.com.

These Promotional Terms explain our newsletter subscription discount and free standard shipping benefit, including how they are calculated and how they apply when an order is changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Our current promotional benefits are:

Newsletter Subscription Discount: 10% off the first eligible order placed after successfully subscribing to our newsletter.

Free Standard Shipping: Available when the qualifying merchandise subtotal after applicable discounts is USD $80 or more for an eligible U.S. order, or USD $120 or more for an order to a supported European destination.

An eligible order may receive both benefits when the merchandise subtotal after the newsletter discount meets the applicable free shipping threshold.

Nothing in these Promotional Terms limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

1. Newsletter Subscription Discount

Customers who successfully subscribe to our newsletter can receive 10% off their first eligible order placed after subscribing.

The discount is a one-time benefit associated with an eligible newsletter subscription. It applies to the first qualifying order connected with that subscription and does not automatically apply to future purchases.

You do not need to be a first-time customer to qualify. Customers who have previously purchased from us may also receive the benefit when they make an eligible newsletter subscription.

An order completed before the newsletter subscription is successfully submitted does not qualify for the discount.

If a promotional code is provided, it must be entered and successfully applied before checkout is completed. If the discount is applied automatically, the reduction will be shown in the checkout summary.

We generally cannot add an unapplied discount after an order has been submitted. If you believe your first eligible order should receive the newsletter discount but it does not appear at checkout, please contact info@crestovar.com before completing your purchase.

The discount applies to eligible merchandise only. It does not reduce shipping charges, sales tax, VAT, import duties, customs charges, carrier fees, gift cards, or other non-merchandise amounts.

The benefit has no separate cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed independently of an eligible merchandise purchase.

2. Eligible Merchandise and Availability

Unless a specific restriction is clearly disclosed before purchase, merchandise available through crestovar.com, including men’s shoes, may qualify for the newsletter discount.

All merchandise sold through our store also counts toward the applicable free standard shipping threshold after merchandise discounts.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve its inventory, price, size, color, style, or quantity. If an item becomes unavailable before an order can be fulfilled, we will handle the situation according to our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

3. Combining the Newsletter Discount and Free Shipping

The newsletter discount and free standard shipping are separate benefits. An eligible order may receive both when the merchandise subtotal remaining after the newsletter discount reaches the applicable free shipping threshold.

The newsletter discount cannot be applied repeatedly to the same order, and multiple newsletter discount codes cannot be stacked.

The final discount and shipping charge are displayed at checkout before payment.

4. How Discounts and Thresholds Are Calculated

The newsletter discount is calculated using the eligible merchandise subtotal at checkout. It excludes shipping, taxes, duties, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges.

Free standard shipping eligibility is calculated after applicable merchandise discounts have been applied.

The following amounts do not count toward the free shipping threshold:

Standard or expedited shipping charges.

Sales taxes and VAT.

Import duties, customs clearance, and carrier import-handling charges.

Gift cards and other non-merchandise charges.

Where displayed product prices include tax, the tax portion is excluded when determining the qualifying merchandise subtotal. Separate orders cannot be combined to meet a threshold.

An order that meets the free shipping threshold before the newsletter discount may no longer qualify if the discount reduces the merchandise subtotal below that threshold. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.

5. Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for qualifying orders delivered to eligible destinations listed in our Shipping Policy.

The subtotal is calculated after applicable merchandise discounts. An order exactly at the applicable threshold qualifies.

Free standard shipping applies only to eligible standard delivery services and destinations. It does not cover import duties, import VAT not collected at checkout, customs clearance fees, or carrier import-handling charges.

If a merchandise discount reduces an order below the applicable threshold, the regular standard shipping charge applies. Free standard shipping cannot be exchanged for cash or applied as a deduction against expedited shipping.

6. Standard and Expedited Shipping

Standard shipping costs USD $3.00 per order when an order does not qualify for free standard shipping.

Expedited shipping costs USD $7.99 per order, where available. Standard and expedited shipping are alternative options. If you select expedited shipping, the $7.99 charge replaces the $3.00 standard shipping charge; the two charges are not added together.

Qualifying for free standard shipping does not waive the expedited shipping charge. If you choose expedited shipping for an order that qualifies for free standard shipping, the $7.99 expedited charge still applies.

Available services and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Our Shipping Policy provides further details about destinations, processing, carriers, and delivery estimates.

7. Examples

The following examples assume all merchandise is eligible for the 10% newsletter discount and the customer selects standard shipping. Taxes and applicable import charges are treated separately.

U.S. Order Qualifying for Both Benefits

An eligible U.S. order has a merchandise subtotal of USD $100. The 10% newsletter discount reduces it by $10, leaving $90. Because $90 exceeds the $80 U.S. threshold, the order also qualifies for free standard shipping.

U.S. Order Below the Threshold After Discount

An eligible U.S. order has a merchandise subtotal of USD $88. The 10% newsletter discount reduces it by $8.80, leaving $79.20. Because $79.20 is below the $80 threshold, the order receives the newsletter discount but does not qualify for free standard shipping. The standard shipping charge is $3.00.

European Order Below the Threshold After Discount

An eligible European order has a merchandise subtotal of USD $130. The 10% newsletter discount reduces it by $13, leaving $117. Because $117 is below the $120 European threshold, the order does not qualify for free standard shipping. The standard shipping charge is $3.00.

European Order Qualifying for Both Benefits

An eligible European order has a merchandise subtotal of USD $140. The 10% newsletter discount reduces it by $14, leaving $126. Because $126 exceeds the $120 European threshold, the order qualifies for free standard shipping.

8. Newsletter Discount Codes

Where a newsletter discount code is required, please enter and apply it before completing checkout.

A code may not apply if it:

Has expired or reached a stated redemption limit.

Has already been redeemed.

Does not meet the applicable order eligibility requirements.

Was issued for a different eligible subscription.

If a code you believe is eligible does not work, contact info@crestovar.com before completing your order. We generally cannot apply an unapplied code retroactively after checkout.

A code does not guarantee product availability or reserve merchandise in your cart. The discount must be successfully applied and reflected in the final checkout details.

9. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Orders

Purchases made using the newsletter discount follow the same applicable return and refund rules as other purchases.

Our voluntary return policy allows eligible merchandise to be requested for return within 30 calendar days of receipt, subject to the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy. A discount alone does not make an otherwise eligible item non-returnable.

A refund for a returned item is based on the amount actually paid for it after the applicable discount. Where an order-level discount covers multiple products, we use the discount allocation from the original order to determine the refundable amount. A promotional saving has no separate refundable cash value.

Our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy explain return eligibility, item condition, postage responsibility, refund amounts, and processing times. Applicable statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for defective or incorrect goods remain available.

10. Partial Returns

For a partial return, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned items after their allocated discount.

We do not retroactively increase the prices of the items you keep or remove a valid newsletter discount from retained merchandise simply because part of the original order is returned.

If the original order received free standard shipping and a partial return brings the value of the retained merchandise below the applicable threshold, we do not retroactively charge or deduct the original USD $3.00 standard shipping fee.

Return postage is handled according to the reason for the return under our Return & Exchange Policy. For confirmed fulfillment errors, product defects, or transit damage, we cover the necessary return postage and replacement shipping costs as described in that policy.

11. Cancellations and Order Changes

Contact info@crestovar.com promptly if you wish to cancel or change an order. A request made within 12 hours after placing an order has a better chance of stopping fulfillment, but cancellation during that period is not guaranteed.

Whether an order can be canceled depends on its actual fulfillment status when we receive the request.

A successfully canceled item is refunded at the amount actually paid for it after its allocated discount. If the entire order is canceled before dispatch, any delivery charge paid to us for that order is also refunded.

A partial cancellation of an already confirmed order does not cause us to add or deduct a standard shipping charge solely because the remaining merchandise subtotal falls below the free shipping threshold. We do not retroactively reprice retained items or remove a valid newsletter discount from those items after order confirmation.

A later replacement or new order uses the prices, availability, shipping options, and promotional terms applicable when that new order is placed.

Newsletter Discount After Cancellation

Because the newsletter discount is intended as a one-time benefit, cancellation does not automatically restore a discount that has already been used.

If we cancel an order because we cannot fulfill it, contact info@crestovar.com about the promotional benefit used. We will review the circumstances and explain the available resolution. If you voluntarily cancel an order, eligibility for any further benefit will be determined according to the applicable offer conditions.

For orders that cannot be fulfilled, we initiate the applicable refund within 1–2 business days after confirming cancellation, and no later than 7 calendar days after confirmation, subject to any earlier legal deadline.

For other successfully canceled orders, we issue the applicable refund within 7 calendar days after cancellation is confirmed, unless an earlier legal deadline applies. Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy provide further information.

12. Taxes, VAT, Duties, and Import Charges

A merchandise discount reduces the applicable merchandise price. It does not independently eliminate sales tax, VAT, import duties, customs clearance charges, or carrier import-handling charges.

Applicable taxes collected by us are shown in the checkout or order details.

European orders are dispatched from the United States and may be subject to import procedures. Unless expressly stated at checkout, import duties, customs clearance charges, and carrier import-handling fees are not included in our shipping charges or checkout total.

Import VAT not already collected at checkout may also be payable during the import process. The recipient is responsible for applicable charges payable directly to the customs authority or carrier, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Free standard shipping does not waive these import-related charges.

13. Currency

All promotional thresholds, shipping charges, and examples in these terms are stated in U.S. dollars.

If crestovar.com displays another supported currency, exchange rates and rounding may cause differences in the displayed converted amounts. The final price and currency confirmed at checkout are the transaction values for the order.

Displaying another currency does not change the underlying promotional thresholds. Any applicable conversion is reflected in the amount shown before payment.

14. Fair Use

The newsletter discount is intended as a one-time benefit associated with an eligible subscription. Please do not deliberately create multiple email addresses, subscriptions, accounts, identities, or transactions solely to obtain the same benefit repeatedly.

Manipulating checkout calculations or knowingly exploiting an obvious technical error may also be treated as promotional misuse.

A previous legitimate purchase does not make a customer ineligible for the newsletter offer.

If clear misuse or fraud is identified before fulfillment, we may remove an invalid benefit or cancel the affected transaction, subject to applicable law and the terms of the confirmed order. If payment has already been collected and the order is canceled, the applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

We will not treat a customer as having misused an offer merely because they exercised a valid return, cancellation, refund, or statutory withdrawal right.

15. Obvious Pricing or Technical Errors

If an obvious pricing, newsletter discount, shipping threshold, or checkout calculation error materially affects an order, we will review the issue and contact you before fulfillment where appropriate.

We will explain the correct terms and offer you the choice to continue on those terms or cancel the affected order or item where permitted by applicable law. We will not automatically collect an increased amount without your agreement.

If the affected order or item is canceled, we will refund the applicable payment to the original payment method under our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights or permit arbitrary changes to confirmed orders.

16. Availability and Changes

Unless a specific end date is stated, the newsletter discount or free shipping benefit may run for a limited or unspecified period.

We may modify, suspend, or end either benefit, but a later change will not retroactively remove a valid benefit already confirmed on a successfully completed eligible order.

New conditions will be communicated through the relevant offer or checkout information before they apply. Benefits remain subject to applicable product availability and eligibility requirements.

If we cannot fulfill a confirmed order, we will explain the available alternatives or applicable cancellation and refund options.

17. Consumer Rights and Other Policies

Purchases made with either benefit retain the same applicable consumer protections as other purchases. A discount does not remove rights concerning defective, incorrect, damaged, missing, or materially misdescribed goods, or applicable statutory withdrawal rights.

Our voluntary 30-day return policy remains available for eligible merchandise purchased with a newsletter discount, subject to the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Where one of these policies provides a more specific procedure, that procedure applies without reducing any mandatory consumer right.
